Description

Head color: bright white, sometimes with a slight silvery hue
Clove color: creamy, thin and easily peelable skin
Taste: mildly spicy, harmonious, universally usable

Winter hardiness: high; withstands frost and moisture
Disease resistance: good tolerance to root rot and fungal diseases
