Winter garlic "THERMIDROME"
Thermidrome is one of the best-known and most widely grown softneck garlic varieties in Europe. It is famous for its early ripening, very uniform, large heads and excellent yield. The variety produces beautiful, white or slightly creamy heads with 12–20 firm and aromatic cloves.
The taste of Thermidrome is mild to medium spicy, harmonious and universal — perfectly suited for everyday cooking as well as professional food production (drying, granules, powder).
It is a reliable, cold-resistant variety, perfectly suited for the Baltic climate, offering one of the earliest harvests among softneck varieties.
