Winter garlic "EDENROSE"  Lautrec type garlic

High-quality French softneck pink garlic with AOP protection!

Edenrose, internationally also known as Rose de Lautrec, is one of the most famous French softneck garlic varieties. It stands out with its delicate pink color, mild, sweet-spicy flavor, and very long storage capability.

The variety comes from the south of France – Tarn (Tarn-et-Garonne) region, where it has even been granted AOP (Appellation d’Origine Protégée) status. This means that Rose de Lautrec is a geographically protected delicacy, similar to parmesan or champagne.

Edenrose is a premium variety, highly valued in restaurants, gourmet markets, and delicacy production.

  • AOP – Appellation d’Origine Protégée is a European Union quality mark that guarantees the product is produced only in a specific region, using traditional methods, and its taste and quality are closely linked to the respective region’s climate, soil, and culture. The AOP designation certifies the highest authenticity and premium quality.
