Winter garlic "EDENROSE" Lautrec type garlic
High-quality French softneck pink garlic with AOP protection!
Edenrose, internationally also known as Rose de Lautrec, is one of the most famous French softneck garlic varieties. It stands out with its delicate pink color, mild, sweet-spicy flavor, and very long storage capability.
The variety comes from the south of France – Tarn (Tarn-et-Garonne) region, where it has even been granted AOP (Appellation d’Origine Protégée) status. This means that Rose de Lautrec is a geographically protected delicacy, similar to parmesan or champagne.
